Infrastructure Investor Global Summit is the flagship annual conference in PEI Group’s events portfolio. I served as lead designer from 2021 to 2025, shaping the event’s brand and visual campaigns across digital, print, and large-scale onsite channels. This case study focuses on 2021–2024. Each year’s campaign began with a carefully selected hero image, visually treated to reflect a core infrastructure theme. I then developed custom graphics — the key creative element distinguishing IIGS from other portfolio events — and applied them consistently across all touch points, from digital ads to event signage. While working within a limited corporate brand palette (mainly green), I used these graphics to introduce creative flexibility within a strict visual system.

These changes were pivotal, and I played a key role in interpreting and implementing each shift, ensuring the visual identity remained strong, strategic, and coherent through every stage of growth.
